Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy describes the categories of information Nerddi Cloud is designed to process when users authenticate, create projects, upload content, deploy websites, connect domains, and use cloud management features.

2. Account information

Nerddi Cloud receives permitted identity information from Nerddi ID, such as an immutable account identifier and the profile fields authorized by the registered OAuth scopes.

3. Hosted content

Project files, deployment metadata, site configuration and related logs may be processed to provide hosting, security scanning, version history, support and abuse prevention.

4. Operational data

The service may record request metadata, deployment events, storage and bandwidth usage, security events, audit records and error information needed to operate and protect the platform.

5. Retention and deletion

Retention rules will distinguish live deployments, rollback history, deleted projects, security/audit records and backups. Final retention periods will be published before commercial launch.

6. Sharing

User content and account information are not intended to be exposed to other customers. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers where required to operate the service and disclosed when legally required.

7. Security

Nerddi Cloud separates customer identity and control-plane operations from public website serving, and applies authorization, signed internal service requests, deployment validation and audit controls.
